Supervision and SCADA
Modular supervision systems for industrial plants, integrable with PLCs and other machines: Teregon HMI on the AutoPromatix® platform.
Acquisition, control and data analysis with AI
Field data collection, actuator control and analysis in Python, also for test benches and pilot plants. Machine Learning models to detect anomalies and predict values, under trial on our own test plants.
Structural monitoring with optical fiber
Acquisition and analysis of optical fiber (FBG) sensor signals, building on our wing box patent. Area under development.
Embedded firmware
C firmware for microcontrollers and control boards, tested on the bench and in real conditions.
Languages and tools
LabVIEW for rapid development, acquisition and control; Python for data analysis, AI models, automation and integration; C for embedded firmware; C++ on request.
Testing and reliability
Software and firmware are tested on the bench and on real plants. Our LabVIEW supervision software has been in use for several years on our own plants. For projects with specific standards requirements, process and certifications are defined together with the client.
Teregon HMI · AutoPromatix®
Supervision and operator interface
Teregon HMI is the supervision line of the Teregon family, built on the registered AutoPromatix® platform. The LabVIEW version has been in use for several years on our own plants; a Python version, more flexible in functionality, is under trial on our test plant.
- Real-time data: continuous display of plant parameters.
- Command and automation: management of automation cycles and actuator commands.
- History and reports: trends over time and automatic reports.
- Modular and integrable: modular structure, with the option to integrate PLCs and other machines, depending on the project.
