Acquisition and communication: Teregon ADC
The Teregon ADC module acquires signals and coordinates the actuation and power modules (T3 SW and T3 MSW).
- ARM Cortex processor dedicated to communication protocols and real-time data flow.
- ADS1115 converters with 16-bit resolution.
- Proprietary firmware with Watchdog systems against lock-ups and infinite loops.
- Modular design: modules connect in series or in parallel.
LoRa (Long Range) module: in addition to the wired connection, wireless acquisition.
Actuator control: Teregon T3 SW
The Teregon T3 SW controller drives the field actuators and interfaces with the supervision software. Its integrated diagnostics also read the status and feedback of every connected actuator.
Stepper motor drive: Teregon T3 MSW
The Teregon T3 MSW module is a power unit for stepper motors. PWM control of the phase current supports precise positioning, reduces vibration and limits thermal stress.
